The day students sat outside in the thousands to hear our future President speak.

they had Tobey Maguire as an opening speaker, not sure why though.

it was a great experience just being outside with everyone else as we watch the speech happen over live feed. They were just in our auditorium where seats were given to members involved in civic engagement, families of 9/11 and other notable people of the like.

only 100 tickets to go inside were given to students via lottery - apparently, it was like getting the Golden Ticket.

i wish we could replicate this atmosphere more often on campus.

sitting for 4 hrs on concrete does not do wonders to one's posture.
