starting signs of Manhattan-withdrawal

Being surround by wildfire smoke and confined mostly indoors, I have renewed efforts to be a writer. But as much as I love this break (and conquering 30-pages of writing in one sitting last night!), I think I am beginning to suffer from the first signs of Manhattan-withdrawal.

I miss hole-in-the-wall art+overpricedfood

I miss the skyline + campus

I miss the huge events the public can attend, just because it's Manhattan...
And that everyone comes out full-force, dressed to the part.

I miss the random celebrity sightings,
which as Manhattan-ites, one must walk by them nonchalantly

I miss Saturday Night Live, too!

And I was doing so well, without the city around me.
